5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for:

Proper use of leads, communications, and collected data

6. Payments & Refunds
Fees are due as agreed in writing. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, systems, frameworks, templates, and materials remain the intellectual property of Amaranth Marketing LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amaranth Marketing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Amaranth Marketing LLC in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amaranth Marketing LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of services, violation of laws, or content provided by you.
10. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the State of Texas, except where prohibited by law.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and venue shall be exclusively in Texas.
